Shrimp Scampi Pasta

This is a dish I created that I am calling Shrimp Scampi Pasta. I wanted Shrimp for supper the other night, but I did not want some deep fried, heavy in cream & sitting in butter shrimp that would just make me feel heavy & ugh. So I decided to create my own dish & it turned out heavenly if I do say so myself! It was simply shrimp that was sauteed in a bit of EVO, Lemon juice, fresh garlic, lemon seasoning & some chicken broth all on a bed of fettuccine noodles topped with some fried wonton wrapper strips as "croutons" served with fresh raspberries. Oh yes and we decided to sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta to finish it off. Enjoy!
